Chinese School, Qing Dynasty, 19th century
A collection of eight Chinese Export paintings on pith paper, comprising studies of pheasants and other exotic birds amongst trees and foliage, together with a floral study with butterfly, six loose and two mounted together, finely painted in watercolour and bodycolour. A/F, with various tears, splits, losses, staining and deterioration to the fragile pith-paper supports.
