A vintage Comitti of London mechanical Congreve-style rolling ball clock, featuring an exposed brass-coloured skeleton movement with circular Roman numeral dial, marked “Comitti of London” and “Made in England”. The clock incorporates a distinctive rolling ball mechanism above the dial, with polished steel balls travelling around the shaped track.
Housed within a rectangular glazed display case with brass-coloured frame, raised on a dark wooden base. An attractive and unusual vintage mechanical clock with its movement and decorative mechanism prominently displayed.
Dimensions: 35 cm high x 26 cm wide x 16 cm deep.
Condition: Used, with age-related surface wear and marks. Mechanical operation has not been tested
