We've returned from our Summer break with 2 Distinctive styles of auction.
1. New 'Pop Up' No Reserve Auctions
Our New 'Pop Up' Auctions are in fact a return to traditional old school auctioneering events. All bidding must take place live in the room with NO internet bidding or online picture catalogue although a printed catalogue will be available on Sale Day.
The majority of items will come from house clearance and be an interesting mix of Antiques, Jewellery, electrical items, tools and furniture.
Every item in the sale in our 'Pop Up' auctions will be sold WITHOUT RESERVE.
Without having to accommodate for internet bidding 'Pop Up' auctions should be fast and fun with approximately 120-150 lots per hour going under the hammer. A typical Sale will have 400-500 lots.
Viewing is normally on the day of the sale only.
There will be no long range calendar of 'Pop Up' auction dates as these will be dependent on house clearances etc however 7-10 days notice will normally be given.
Private individuals wishing to bring to the 'Pop Up' auction may do so on set days leading up to the sale date and on the morning of the sale when they will be directly lotted into the auction. No reserves will be accepted and the items will be sold to the highest bidder on the day.
ALL ITEMS TO BE PAID FOR AND COLLECTED ON THE DAY OF THE SALE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED BY THE AUCTIONEER.
Buyers and Sellers Premiums are 15% plus VAT.
Proceeds to be paid by bank transfer 7 days after the sale date.
2. Both Room Bidding and Online Auctions With Easy Live Auctions.
We will continue to hold regular online auctions and specialist sales hosted through the Easy Live Auction System with online bidding available through your smartphone, tablet or Pc as well as live bidding in the room.
Online Auctions will contain less general house clearance items and more quality jewellery, antiques, collectables, fine furniture, art and paintings etc.
A Full colour picture catalogue will be available to view online through our website or www.easyliveauction.com.
Viewing days will normally be held before the auction.
Online Auction dates will be available to view 1-3 months in advance.
Private individuals wishing to enter items may do so by appointment before the sale. Reserves on lots for our online auctions are allowed by agreement with the auctioneer.
Buyers and Sellers Premiums are 20% Plus VAT.
Proceeds of online auctions are payable 2 weeks after the sale date.
